We offer a 24hour callout service, with most locations reached within an hour. We always aim to make safe the problem and get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Wherever possible we'll either repair or make safe the fault within the first hour, then return at a more convenient time to finish the work. This way you're not paying a premium price for work that can be done later.

Charges

Daytime callouts , 8am - 6pm , £55.00 per hour

Evening Callouts , 6pm - 8pm , £60.00 per hour

Night Callouts , 8pm - 8am , £70.00 per hour

There is an additional charge of £0.40 per mile outside a 10mile traveling radius of Stotfold*

Any replacement equipment will be agreed with you before we commence the work and will be charged at cost.

Any certification required for the work we carry out is charged at £3.00 per copy and carries our standard 6 year warranty backed by the NICEIC.
